highly skilled and detail-oriented Baker
with
experience working with laminated croissant dough
to join our pastry team.
Your Role:
Work with
pre-laminated croissant sheets
: shaping, cutting, proofing, baking
Prepare and assemble both
sweet and savoury fillings
with consistency and elegance
Follow our
house-developed recipes
and plating standards precisely
Maintain a high level of
cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and head chef to execute daily production and specials
Manage baking timelines to ensure freshness throughout the day
Has the ability to work with modern and layouts, designs, and recipes,
Must be ok working early mornings to ensure all things prepared and fresh prior to opening.

Requirements:
Exceptional
