We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pasta Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Pasta Maker, you will be responsible for cooking simple fresh pasta recipes ensuring high standards of quality and taste while adhering to food safety regulations. This role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.
Duties
Ensure all pasta is cooked to perfection, maintaining optimal texture and flavor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist in meal preparation for daily service and special events.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
Help train new staff on pasta-making techniques and kitchen best practices.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation or as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
