We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing kitchen operations. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, ensuring food safety standards, and leading a team of kitchen staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your leadership and culinary expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation activities. Create and develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Supervise and train kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
