Responsibilities
--------------------
Greet, inform, and direct passengers;
Carry out passenger and baggage check-in;
Handle passenger boarding;
Prepare flights (catering, alcohol kits, certain food items, ice);
Manage inventory of goods intended for flights, in collaboration with the in-flight service logistics coordinator;
Clean and maintain the catering room #900, the waiting area, and the check-in counter;
Train flight attendants on check-in counter procedures;
Train flight attendants on tasks related to flight preparation;
Ensure rotation of merchandise on the shelves;
Maintain a weekly inventory of items in catering room #900;
Manage the inventory of lost luggage in collaboration with clients.
Respond to follow-up emails and phone calls (24/7)
Perform all other related tasks;
Requirements
----------------
Detenir un diplome d'etudes secondaires;
0 a 2 ans d'experience pertinente;
Bilinguisme, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit;
Experience dans le milieu de l'aviation, un atout;
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office;
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication;
Souci du detail;
Sens de l'organisation et debrouillardise.
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 3:00 to 11:00am. May be required to start earlier and occasionally work on weekends.
