As part of the Sales and Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Duties:

Assist with inventory management and restocking Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Consistently meet or exceed sales goals Upsell products to maximize sales potential Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience

Skills:

Retail sales experience preferred Strong customer service ability Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Phone etiquette for customer inquiries
