We are dedicated to providing a memorable dining experience for our patrons whether taking in a game or gathering with friends for drinks. We take pride in our diverse team and are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Senate Tavern. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working collaboratively with the rest of the culinary team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet Senate Tavern's high standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and well-stocked Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain composure under pressure

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment Culinary degree is an asset Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Excellent communication skills
