We're looking for an experienced

Visual Merchandiser & Retail Sales Associate

to join our team. This role blends creative merchandising with warm, attentive customer service -- perfect for someone who can make a display sing and connect with customers in a meaningful way.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for keeping our store visually stunning, seasonally fresh, and easy to shop -- all while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

We're looking for someone who:

Has

proven retail experience

(home decor, fashion, or lifestyle retail preferred) Possesses strong

visual merchandising skills

-- can style displays, create eye-catching vignettes, and tell a story through product placement Understands

current design and decor trends

Is detail-oriented with an eye for colour, proportion, and flow Can lift, move, and arrange products and furniture as needed Loves engaging with customers and offering thoughtful product suggestions Thrives in a small, collaborative team environment Is comfortable with POS systems and basic computer tasks Is available to work

weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute

merchandise displays

that reflect our brand and seasonal direction Re-stock and re-merchandise as needed to maintain store standards Greet and assist customers with a warm, knowledgeable approach Process sales transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing new product arrivals
