About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll play a dual role:
Providing hands-on support with patient care, treatments, and procedures
Acting as a front-line representative of our clinic -- welcoming clients, managing appointments, and keeping operations running smoothly
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the variety of both

. You'll be instrumental in ensuring both the clinical and client sides of our practice operate efficiently and with care.
Responsibilities
Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for clients, patients, and team members alike
Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, procedures, and patient care
Communicate effectively with clients -- in person, by phone, and by email -- and assist with scheduling, billing, and medical inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and help coordinate daily workflow to keep our busy days organized and efficient
Qualifications
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
or equivalent clinical experience required
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a veterinary practice
Team player with a
positive, compassionate, and community-minded
approach
Strong
administrative and organizational
skills
Excellent
client communication and interpersonal
abilities
Comfortable using
veterinary management software
and general office tools
Interest or experience in
exotic or rehabilitation medicine
is a strong asset
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time:
25-30 hours per week
Competitive hourly wage
based on experience, starting at
$25/hour
