Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Site Survey Technician to perform on-site surveys and assist in verifying existing building mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys of commercial and residential buildings. Verify and document existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Prepare as-built markups of existing systems based on field findings. Capture photos and videos to document site conditions and equipment layouts. Access rooftops, mechanical rooms, and other building areas as required. Communicate and report findings clearly and accurately.

Requirements:

Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites. Must be able to carry and climb a 6 ft ladder. Comfortable working on roofs and elevated areas. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is a strong asset. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions. Experience with as-built markups, CAD, or field documentation is an advantage.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 6G2
