Part-Time Shuttle Driver

! Your hours shall vary pending business demands.

Job Duties:

Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner. Pickup and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service. Pick up and delivery of customer vehicles. Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent. Listen to and document customer needs and expectations throughout the visit. Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability, and services due. Additional duties as assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude. Organized with an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs. Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed. Ability to manage customer concerns and solve difficult problems. Self-motivation with excellent work ethic. Computer skills and an understanding of technology.
