The role of the server/bartender is a front of house role. Customer service is a high priority, as is a pleasant personality. It is critical that a great first impression is given. The key role of the server is to ensure the efficient and accurate roll out of lunch and dinner service, as well as special events. This is a facility that hosts Queen\'s staff, faculty, alumni etc Key responsibilities are: Customer services, including greeting and seating guests as well during club events Serve lunches, brunch, dinner, all duties pertaining to set up , detail the specials and know the menu as well as any allergy concerns Smart serve certificate requried Prolonged periods of standing or walking, must be able to go up and down stair and lift up to 20lbs Be abele to work independently as well as part of a team Cleaning of all stations, including counters, fridges and tables after food is served Good written a verbal English skills Must be available days, afternoons evenings and weekends all other duties as assigned by the supervisor Job Types: Part-time, Casual
