Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any initial questions. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, including sanitizing work areas and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change to guests. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food served. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food service.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or as a server is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with cashiering procedures and cash handling is beneficial. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately are essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.39 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
