We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales & Marketing Specialist
to join us on a
part-time basis (16-32 hours per week, depending on our busy seasons in spring and fall).
This role will focus on
sales support, client follow-up, Google Ads management, and outreach initiatives
to help us expand our reach and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
Conduct project research to identify new sales opportunities.
Perform outreach through cold calls and email campaigns.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to support sales efforts.
Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Track and report on ad performance, lead conversion, and outreach effectiveness.
Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing and sales efforts align with business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and sales follow-up.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Previous experience in B2B marketing, sales, or the trade show/events industry is an asset.
