We're building an all-star team for our new location and are looking for motivated part-time staff who love people, are reliable, and want to grow with us.
Your Role: Deliver Great Service & Vibes
As a part-time Sales Associate, you're one of the first faces customers see when they walk in. You'll help them find the perfect product, provide great service, and keep the store running smoothly during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
Greet customers and offer friendly, helpful service
Recommend products based on needs, explain usage clearly
Offer our discount and promotions
Support Operations
Restock and tidy shelves
Keep track of customer product/flavour requests
Keep store clean and assist with closing tasks
Cash Handling
Use POS system, process payments and exchanges
Confirm correct $ amout at start of shift; report discrepancies to the manager
What We're Looking For:
? Friendly and approachable personality
? Reliable and punctual - you show up on time and ready to work
? Retail or vape shop experience is a strong asset (but not required)
? Quick learner who works well independently and on a team
? Available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
? Interest in vape culture is a plus
