Overview
We're a Southern Ontario-based mortgage team looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
Part-Time Assistant
to support our client appreciation, marketing, and relationship management efforts. This is a flexible, remote role with growth potential for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & After-Care
Send thank-you gifts, birthday cards, follow-up check-ins
Make client calls to set appointments and check in
Follow up with referral partners and centers of influence (COIs)
Marketing & Events
Support planning and execution of client appreciation events
Create designs and outreach content in Canva
Request and collect client reviews/testimonials
CRM & Database Management
Enter and update records in CRM's
Organize, review, and summarize documents
Maintain clean and accurate client touchpoint records
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable on the phone and in client-facing scenarios
Able to self-start and find answers using online resources
Familiarity with CRMs or platforms like Go High Level is a plus
Entry-level; no license required (future licensing optional)
Bonus Points For
Prior experience in real estate, mortgage, or CRM systems
Confidence using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Zoom
