We are seeking a professional and friendly

Receptionist

to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a hair salon or knowledge of the beauty industry is highly preferred.

Scheduling & Availability

Our salon operates 7 days a week with set shift schedules. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work

any of the following shifts

as needed:

Monday-Wednesday

Opening: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Closing: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Thursday-Friday

Opening: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Closing: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday

Opening: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Closing: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Sunday

11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Flexibility and reliability

to cover various shifts throughout the week is essential.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and direct calls as necessary. Schedule appointments and efficiently maintain the salon's calendar. Assist with client inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered. Ensure the front desk area is always clean, organized, and presentable. Collaborate with stylists and salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred. Experience in a hair salon or familiarity with salon services and industry terminology is a strong asset. Proficiency with office equipment and computer software for administrative tasks. Strong typing skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on outstanding customer service. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a positive attitude are essential.
