Sutherland-Chan Clinic is hiring for a Clinic Manager at the

Women's College Hospital

location.

We are a group of Registered Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors who enjoy working together and providing the best care for our patients. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working in a health care environment.

We are looking for a warm and energetic person with great communication skills to fill our administrative team. As busy season is fast approaching, we are looking for someone who can work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective scheduling of RMTs, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, and more. Manage appointment bookings through phone, emails and online booking Provide friendly customer service and detailed information about the services we offer including providing patients with recommendations for the appropriate practitioner for their needs. Collaborate with practitioners to ensure high-quality patient care adhering to COVID 19 safety guidelines. Manage payments and assist with submission of insurance claims Perform cleaning duties

Requirements:

Experience in a administrative, preferably in a health care setting. Familiarity with technology and electronic booking systems - experience with JaneApp booking software is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with a team. Opportunities for casual shifts on other days available as well. Flexibility in scheduling is an asset. Shifts: Tuesday evening and Wednesdays evening or alternating Sunday
