We are a Busy and Well Established Brokerage in Vaughan looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join us.
Must have Real Estate Experience
Start Date: Immediately if possible
Hours will be alternated between: Monday - Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 9-5pm and/or Sunday 10-5pm.

Must have previous Real Estate Experience
- Filing and Labeling Documents
- Booking Appts with Brokerbay
- Great conflict resolution
- Reliability and dependability

- Answering Telephones
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Assisting Walk-ins and greeting in a professional friendly manner
- Initiative with all office duties
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel
- Must have knowledge of Realm/PropTx (MLS)
- Adding/Editing Listings to MLS
- Drafting Offers and Offer related documents for Agents
- Confident Assisting with paper work for Licensed Sales Representatives using Webforms
- Keeping work station and office organized and tidy
- Ordering of supplies
- Corresponding with Accounting for Deal Paperwork/Deal Processing
- Keeping communication with Colleagues and Supervisors
- Photocopying
