Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for our clients. You will manage front desk operations, scheduling, and administrative support while keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service
Schedule and manage appointments (in person, phone, and email)
Handle payments, direct billing, and invoicing
Maintain accurate client records
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Keep reception area clean, organized, and professional
Support therapists with administrative tasks as needed
