Part Time Receptionist In Real Estate Office

Job Description

RE/MAX Preferred has been a leader in the Real Estate industry in Windsor-Essex County for over 30 years. We are looking for a part-time receptionist that will share their cheerful and supportive personality at the frontline, bringing a pleasing first impression to our customers at the same time, providing professional assistance to our successful sales team.

As a real estate secretary, you will greet customers in person and on a multiline switchboard; record and send messages through our paging software and/or email; review and process real estate contracts; record and report monthly statistics; assist with record retention; prepare letters, labels and mailing lists; receive and distribute mail and packages; provide various aspects of clerical support.

The ideal candidate must have experience in an office environment and customer service. You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs for record retention and organizing office supply storage. Experience in real estate is preferred. This is a PART-TIME position with required hours of work between 10am-2pm Monday through Friday, but may allow for a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule 9am-5pm.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
