Part Time Front Desk Real Estate Administrator

Job Description
Candidates MUST possess experience in a Real Estate Office. Candidates must be able to work in more than one of our locations as needed (Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Newmarket, Bradford). Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to :
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages, etc.
- Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
- Broker load listings into TRREB MLS and ITSO.
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, and all other documents as required using Webforms and Skyslope.
- Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
- Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner electronically.
- General office tasks as required.
- Available to work flexible hours/evenings and weekends a MUST
- Extended health care

- Weekends as needed
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- real estate admin: 1 year (required)
