We are looking for a part-time weekend receptionist for our real estate office. We are hiring for weekends, 11 am-3 pm.
Compensation:
$18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a professional manner
Answer multiple incoming calls
Book and confirm appointments
Load and update listings
Maintain office equipment
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire office
Perform reception duties (Email correspondence, digital filing, etc)
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Punctual, courteous, reliable, and energetic
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with others and in a team environment
Customer service orientated
Organizational and time management skills
Real Estate knowledge is an asset, not mandatory
