We're seeking an
energetic, customer-service-oriented, and proactive individual
who is passionate about real estate, marketing, and providing exceptional client experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
As part of our growing real estate team, you'll play an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting sales representatives, and helping strengthen our community and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assist with real estate paperwork
Upload listings to the MLS system and assist with CMA and listing packages
Manage and update CRM, website, and social media platforms
Create marketing materials using
Canva
and manage
Mailchimp
campaigns
Write and schedule
blogs, newsletters, and social media posts
Write personal note cards
for clients -- birthdays, holidays, and thank-yous
Develop
personal touches
-- such as pop-by gifts and fun seasonal ideas
Coordinate vendors, photographers, and stagers
Handle light office duties (watering plants, maintaining a tidy workspace, etc.)
Support team events, community initiatives, and marketing projects
Provide daily administrative and client support to sales representatives
Be the
first point of contact
at the sales office via email, and in-person inquiries
Work occasional
evenings and weekends
for team events or community events
Core Administrative Areas
Enter, organize, and track data daily in the team CRM system
Prepare and file key documents (both hard copy and electronic), including purchase agreements
Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and confidentiality
Provide excellent service to clients, agents, and external partners
Support brokerage operations with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
Completion of high school (post-secondary education in administration preferred)
Minimum
1+ year of administrative experience
(real estate experience an asset)
Knowledge of
the local and GTA real estate markets
and ability to operate
MLS systems
Strong computer proficiency:
Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
Skilled with
Canva
,
Mailchimp
, and
social media management tools
Familiar with
SEO, Google Ads
, or paid social advertising (an asset)
Must be
well-presented, articulate, outgoing, and enthusiastic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Self-motivated
and capable of working with minimal supervision
Must have
own laptop, cell phone, and reliable vehicle with valid driver's licence
Must be available for
