Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient evaluations. Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support rehabilitation. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practices.
Requirements

Valid physiotherapy license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong proficiency in hands-on physiotherapy techniques is essential. Experience with WSIB, MVA and the required paper work is an asset. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education. Ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
