-- and we're building an amazing team! We are hiring both part-time and full-time personal trainers.

If you're passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a certified personal trainer who is motivated and passionate about helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.

We are seeking someone who has great communication skills, is knowledgeable, energetic, passionate, and professional. Our mission is to make healthy happen - by Caring, Connecting, and Coaching.

YOUR DAY AT ANYTIME FITNESS:

Coach clients 1 on 1 or in a group setting in person or online. Follow-ups and check-ins with clients to track progress. Encourage, motivate, and teach clients to challenge themselves, improve form and technique, and learn new things while working towards getting results. Encouraging healthy eating and lifestyle practices outside of the gym to maximize progress. Fuel renewal of training sales by providing an outstanding experience to all training clients. Fitness consults, phone calls, messages and emails to prospects to bring in clientele and sales. Membership Retention Activities including member follow-ups, assessments, and guidance. Act as an ambassador of our organization, the Anytime Fitness brand, and a healthy lifestyle within the Club, the community, and through social media.

YOU HAVE:

current CPR/First Aid Certification & Personal Training Certification (or ability to get current within 30 days); able to work at least 3 days a week - mornings and/or evenings effective communication and interpersonal skills
