Key Responsibilities
:
Perform preliminary testing for all examinations (Auto-refraction/IOP/Fundus Photos/OCT/VF)
Record and enter test results into EMR (RevolutionEHR).
Prepare patients for their exams and explain the testing process.
Maintain professional demeanor
Help with scheduling appointments and verifying insurance when needed.
Qualifications
:
Optometric Assisting experience required.
Experience using Revolution EHR is considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Comfortable with ongoing learning.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
