We're looking for someone who will not only bring marketing skills to the table but also become part of our culture.

About the Role

We're hiring a part-time Marketing Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. This isn't a desk-only job--you'll be out in the field with our technicians capturing real content that tells our story. You'll have the freedom to be creative while helping BluTech grow our digital presence and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain BluTech's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Capture and edit video/photo content alongside our heavy equipment technicians in the field

Create engaging videos to showcase repairs, behind-the-scenes work, and company culture for YouTube and social channels

Develop and maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Manage follower engagement, comments, and messages

Keep our website and online shop up-to-date with fresh content, products, and media

What We're Looking For

Someone creative, outgoing, and comfortable working around heavy equipment and mechanics

Experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing

Strong communication skills, both online and in person

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team

Must be flexible with weekly scheduling and availability if applicable

Bonus if you've worked in industries like trades, equipment, or outdoor adventure - but not required
