Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our
day-to-day marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative,
and eager to learn. You'll assist with content creation, campaign coordination, social media, and
general administrative support, helping our team stay on track and deliver strong, consistent
messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Agency in the creation and scheduling
of content for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms
Help maintain marketing calendars and track deadlines
Maintain marketing assets and organize shared drives
Assist with website updates or e-commerce listings (if applicable)
Proofread and format documents, presentations, and communications
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Diploma, certificate, or enrollment in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suite
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar design/email tools
Interest or experience in photography, content creation, or analytics
