We are a growing meal prep company looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to cover a maternity leave position. This role supports our marketing efforts across social media, digital campaigns, printed materials, product visuals, and in-person marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on food branding and presentation. Key Responsibilities
Create and manage content for social media platforms (planning, posting, and basic performance tracking)
Design labels, postcards, packaging, and other printed marketing materials
Design digital marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency
Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, Stories, ads)
Assist with basic product photography and food-focused content capture
Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Manage and update online business listings
Assist the marketing team with events when needed (set-up, content capture, and on-site support)
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Required Skills & Tools
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Canva
Video editing (CapCut)
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Ads Manager - basic knowledge)
Google My Business
Mailchimp
Basic product photography knowledge (lighting, composition, simple editing)
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, social media, or graphic design
Experience in the food or consumer goods industry is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role
