Role Overview
As a Marketing & Communications Associate, you'll play a critical role in shaping how Raven Supply engages with its community, clients, and industry partners. You will manage a mix of digital marketing, content creation, analytics, and process improvements to strengthen Raven's visibility and brand positioning in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn and other platforms to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Email Marketing:
Coordinate and optimize newsletters and campaigns using tools like Brevo/Zoho, ensuring deliverability, segmentation, and performance tracking.
SEO & Web Content:
Improve website content and product pages for clarity, accuracy, and search optimization; ensure Raven's brand and supplier messaging is consistent.
Content Creation:
Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials (line cards, brochures, case studies, partner features, and newsletters).
Market & Competitor Research:
Conduct industry trend analysis to inform campaigns, identify opportunities, and benchmark Raven against competitors.
Coordinate supplier spotlights, testimonials, and fundraising campaign communications to highlight Raven's community impact (e.g., Room to Read).
Internal Collaboration:
Work with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes, document workflows, and create reusable marketing SOPs.
What We're Looking For
Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting professional content.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
Familiarity with SEO, social media analytics, and email marketing tools.
Previous experience in construction, engineering, or technical industries is an asset.
Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to reliably commute to the Surrey office.

Previous technical project experience is an asset.
Background in the construction industry is an asset.
Must be able to reliably commute to the office.

Full time in-office - Location - 302 13281 78th Ave, Surrey, BC
Salary - $40,000-$50,000.00
