About This Role

A top-producing agent is on the hunt for a

Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

who brings good energy, solid skills, and a solutions-first attitude to every day. You'll work side-by-side with a top-producing (and fun!) agent who's big on collaboration, positivity, and results. This is a part-time (approximately 20-25 hours per week), flexible role that gives you the chance to play a key role in advancing and growing an established agent's brand.

What You'll Be Doing (No Two Days Are the Same!)

Help dream up and create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Film, edit, write, and schedule posts across multiple platforms Keep the agent's content calendar organized and full of fresh, fun ideas Create listing marketing materials like feature sheets, email blasts, social media posts, and more Help plan client events everyone will want to talk about--and then make them a reality Assist the agent with providing top notch client care before, during, and after deals Collaborate with the agent on all things branding and storytelling

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are...

A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged Passionate about marketing and social media (especially if you've previously built your own) Detail-driven and organized but flexible enough to roll with a busy schedule Not afraid to take initiative, offer ideas, or get your hands dirty when needed A multitasker who can switch from TikTok trends to DocuSign in a blink Equipped with your own vehicle and valid driver's license (some travel involved)

While this role does not require an Ontario Real Estate License, if you are a licensed agent who is passionate about marketing and is looking to step into the administrative side of real estate while maintaining your license, please submit your application!
