Understand the education systems of Canada and other English-speaking countries (USA, UK, Australia, etc.) to provide academic planning and course selection advice for students and parents
Introduce our professional services in study abroad applications, visa processing, academic advising, and training programs
Proactively develop and maintain market channels, identifying and reaching potential clients
Learn and master program knowledge through company training and independently handle client consultations and inquiries
Conduct online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions
Follow up on client needs, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction
Support the team in market campaigns and promotions, and share resources and insights
Qualifications:
Outgoing personality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and learning skills; able to grasp new knowledge quickly
Familiarity with Canadian and other English-speaking countries' education systems, study-abroad processes, and visa policies; relevant experience is an asset
Strong business development mindset, capable of actively building client and channel networks
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, able to communicate effectively with students and parents
Self-motivated, responsible, and highly organized with strong execution skills
