We are seeking a Part-Time Maintenance and Office Coordinator to become part of our Innisfail team! You will be the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for customer service, administration, facility, and yard maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational and computer skills to help grow our business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and should take the initiative to inspect the facility and the property to ensure that the buildings, customer property, and facilities are in working order and monitored. You will also be responsible for maintaining the property, including snow removal in the winter and landscaping in the summer. Ideally we would like someone who has some tractor experience and have a valid Drivers License. This position will also offer support to our storage facility located in Blackfalds, Alberta.
Role & Responsibilities:
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
Look for creative solutions to assist client's storage needs.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, vendors, and service partners.
Knowledge of MS Office applications and computer inventory.
Dispatch containers and work with local center for logistics in area.
Detail oriented and accurately maintains client accounts.
AR/Collections calls for delinquent accounts.
Ensure safety and compliance aligns with WCB and company policies.
Cleans and maintains vacant storage lockers as required.
Snow removal, landscaping and maintaining equipment.
Loads & unloads product as required, considered a preference.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience with MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Teams and Excel
2+ years customer service experience.
Ability to learn new computer programs.
Dispatch experience considered an asset
Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors and business partners.
Able to learn online systems quickly and maintain inventory accurately.
Accounts Receivable/Collections experience an asset.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Valid Drivers License
