Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking

Lawn Care Crew Member

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance, a strong work ethic, and experience operating a truck and trailer. This role involves a mix of lawn care tasks--including mowing, trimming, and garden maintenance--along with occasional light landscaping projects. You'll play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality outdoor services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris from lawns and walkways Operate power tools and hand tools to maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaping features Drive a truck and trailer to and from job sites (experience with backing up and maneuvering trailers is required) Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or flowers as needed Build garden beds and other small landscape features Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and basic mechanical checks Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely Communicate with supervisors about job progress and site conditions

Experience & Requirements:

Must have experience driving a truck and hauling/backing up a trailer

Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred, but not required Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Familiarity with gardening and planting techniques is beneficial Willingness to learn and grow with the team is essential

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.08-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
