As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for a variety of HR tasks with the flexibility to make the role your own. Your day-to-day work may include:
Supporting full-cycle recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding and offboarding
Coordinating payroll tasks with accounting and maintaining employee records
Managing benefits administration and acting as a liaison with providers
Maintaining and organizing HR documentation and compliance checklists
Answering employee questions and assisting with policy communication
Helping streamline and improve HR processes as we grow
What You Bring
Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
1-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator, assistant or generalist role
Familiarity with Alberta employment standards and HR best practices
Bonus if you've worked in a technical, engineering or industrial environment* CHRP or PHR is an asset but not a requirement
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across a flexible schedule
