Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Home Stager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and an eye for aesthetics, helping to transform spaces to appeal to potential buyers. This role involves collaborating with real estate agents and homeowners to create inviting and stylish environments that showcase properties effectively.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and staging needs for various properties. Create staging concepts and layouts that enhance the appeal of homes. Implement staging plans by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories in a visually appealing manner. Maintain an inventory of staging materials and ensure all items are in good condition. Stay updated on current design trends and home staging techniques to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Eye for design and spatial planning Strong attention to detail and aesthetic Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work on your feet Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Punctual, professional, and team-oriented Previous staging, interior design, or real estate experience is a plus (but not required)
