Job Overview


We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong understanding of hospitality operations. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to assist our diverse guest base. The Front Desk Agent will handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly check-in/check-out experience Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and data entry as needed Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times

Qualifications



Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is required; hotel experience is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of guest services operations within the hospitality industry Friendly attitude with a genuine desire to assist guests and ensure their comfort
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Work Location: In person
