The Family Support Group Helper plays a vital role in assisting families with individuals with disabilities. This position involves providing support through various activities, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve.
Duties
meal preparation and cooking meals for an individual Provide caregiving support to a individual with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage in cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and organized environment. Work collaboratively with families to understand their needs and provide appropriate support. Driving to and from appointments and running small errands.
Skills
Proficiency in cooking and meal preparation, with an emphasis on healthy options. Strong cleaning skills to ensure a hygienic living space for families. Caregiving experience that reflects a nurturing approach to support. First Aid and CPR Full G drivers license Must have current Police Records Check.
