Scholars Education Centre of Kitchener

is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Part-time French Elementary Teacher to join our team. As a teacher at Scholars, you will have the opportunity to positively impact students, both personally and academically.

We take pride in delivering results that matter to all our students, and our teachers play a key role in this journey. The successful candidate will be trained on Scholars' teaching methodology. Candidates must be confident teaching Grade 1-8 English, French and Mathematics.

Here's what we're looking for:

Ontario Certified Teacher is preferred but not required Candidates in Teachers College or University designation are also encouraged to apply Previous experience teaching, or tutoring students is an asset Excellent English oral and written skills Excellent French oral and written skills French teaching experience is must A passion to help and motivate students reach their potential Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students
Candidates must be able to work a minimum of three shifts per week within our hours of operation below.

Monday - Thursday, 3:00 - 8:00 pm Saturdays, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
