Part Time Delivery Driver
Job Description
Tim Hortons in Truro is seeking a part-time delivery driver. This role will include some maintenance duties as well. Main job duties include:
delivering products to and from the 4 restaurants within the company
receiving and putting away deliveries into our fridges and freezers (often large orders with many boxes and cases)
keeping the parking lots clean and emptying the garbage cans
cleaning the dining room
cleaning the restrooms
mowing the lawn
shovelling snow and salting the parking lot
small equipment repair and maintenance
moving heavy equipment around the restaurants as needed
other maintenance as needed
Main requirements:
must have a valid driver's license
must be physically able to lift 50lbs or more
must be able to work unsupervised
Job specifics:
about 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
shifts are roughly 6:00 am - noon, sometimes a bit later depending on truck deliveries
deliveries will be in a company car
starting at $18.50/hr

valid Nova Scotia driver's license ability to lift at least 50lbs
