: Customer Service Specialist

Job Type:

In Office, Part Time, Permanent (evenings and weekends are required)

Pay

: From $18/hr

What You Will Do:

Issue registrations, plates, and driver's licenses to clients

Advise on and sell auto insurance products

Cultivate relationships with SGI and other carriers

Process client payments by cash, debit, credit, or personal cheque on client accounts while maintaining strict confidentiality

What You Bring:

1-2 years of customer service experience

Restricted Auto License and MLI experience is an asset

Eagerness to learn and grow

Exceptional communication, conflict-management, and interpersonal skills
