The
Part Time
Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers on the weekends.
The regular shift hours are
Saturday 9am to 5pm
and
Sunday 11am to 4pm
.
Position details:
Renting storage space to customers over the phone and in person. Providing tours of the buildings and completing rental agreements.
Collecting funds and posting payments
Opening and Closing the office daily
Making collections calls and processing past due notices to customers
Cleaning of the office and washrooms daily
Shoveling snow and salting around exterior doors and loading areas
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be working at our location in
Etobicoke
.
Qualified candidates must have strong sales and customer service skills and must enjoy working with customers face-to-face. Strong basic computer skills are also required.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13 per week
