What you'll do

Assist in menu planning to create enticing and nutritious meal options Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and creativity Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation standards Serve meals with a focus on presentation and customer satisfaction Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary needs Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas Participate in catering events, bringing your culinary flair to special occasions Utilize your knife skills for efficient meal preparation

Basic qualifications

Experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred Strong background in food service, including restaurant or kitchen experience Familiarity with fine dining concepts and meal preparation techniques

Preferred qualifications

Culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Experience in catering services is a plus
