Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight our customers while ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently. This is a seasonal position until the close of the golf course in late October.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar food service environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
