We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a culinary professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in dietary departments, fine dining, and food preparation. This role involves menu planning, meal preparation, and ensuring high standards of food safety and service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
Plan menus that meet nutritional requirements while also appealing to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations.
Assist in catering events and special functions as needed.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent food service.
Utilize knife skills for food preparation and presentation.
Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Skills
Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide.
Strong background in menu planning and fine dining service.
Proficient in food preparation techniques, including cooking and meal preparation.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Experience in catering services is a plus.
Excellent knife skills for efficient food handling.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
