Overview
We are seeking a part time cook. Experience an asset but can train the right individual. Must be reliable to work by yourself or in a team situation. A passion for food and pride in what you do, is the candidate we are looking for. Must be available to work weekends.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen space. Address any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly.
Experience
Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures Excellent culinary skills with a creative approach to menu planning and food preparation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with both staff and customers effectively.
