Part-Time Concierge Needed - Burnaby
We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Burnaby. The ideal applicant should have strong communication skills, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced residential environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional front-desk service to residents and visitors
Monitor building access, and manage fob sign-ins/outs
Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests with efficiency
Conduct regular building patrols and report safety or security concerns
Assist with parcel logging, deliveries, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs
Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
Support emergency procedures and follow building protocols
Liaise with contractors, trades, and property management when required
Keep lobby and concierge desk organized and presentable at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult situations
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic computer skills (email, incident reporting, access systems)
Previous concierge or hospitality/security experience is an asset
Knowledge of strata/residential building operations is an added advantage
