We are actively seeking

Part-Time Concierge Security Guards to assist at our condominium sites in Downtown Toronto. The concierge security guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, residents, and visitors while providing excellent customer service. This role emphasizes maintaining a welcoming and secure environment, addressing any concerns professionally, and acting as a key point of contact for all residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, contractors, and deliveries--professional, courteous, proactive Perform access control: issue visitor/contractor passes, verify ID, prevent tailgating/piggybacking Conduct interior/exterior patrols; identify hazards and respond per post orders Monitor CCTV, fire panel/alarms, and access control systems Enforce site rules, the Trespass to Property Act (Ontario), and relevant by-laws Manage parcels, parking permits, and contractor access Complete accurate daily logs and incident reports while maintaining privacy & confidentiality

Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required) CPR/First Aid Level C (required or willing to obtain promptly) High personal integrity and polished communication/customer service Strong situational awareness, problem-solving, and conflict resolution Able to multi-task, prioritize, and stand/walk for extended periods Reliable commute to downtown Toronto

Education / Experience:

3+ years concierge/condo security experience Hospitality/concierge training, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Police Foundations / Law & Security studies (completed or in progress) Ontario Driver's Licence (if a site requires vehicle access)

Special Certifications needed:

Valid Ontario Security Licence First Aid & CPR Certificate Level C Comfortable accepting

Pay: $18.10 per hour
