4 Hours/Day | $20/hr + $10/Appointment Set & Attended

This role in 100% remote. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound

cold calling

. Your primary focus will be calling potential customers using our call list and effectively communicating our products and services. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong sales skills.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound

cold calls

for 4 hours per day (schedule flexible within business hours) Use our provided call list and script to engage potential clients Set appointments that meet our criteria Meet or exceed daily/weekly quotas Track basic call and appointment data

and set/schedule appointments

What You'll Need:

Your own working cell phone with reliable service A strong, clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills An upbeat, positive attitude and the drive to keep going call after call Ability to think fast and handle objections with ease Consistency and accountability--we need someone who shows up ready to dial

$20/hour + $10 bonus for every qualified appointment that is

set and attended

On-boarding training for a few hours

Ideal Candidate:

Enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid to hear "no" Self-motivated and competitive (but still a team player) Fast-Learner, able to quickly learn the short script provided and receive feedback during role play Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus--but we'll train the right attitude!
