We're currently hiring a
Cold Calling Sales Representative
to help us book appointments, generate leads, and fill our schedule. This is a remote, 100% commission-based opportunity for someone with a strong voice, a persuasive approach, and the discipline to work independently.
Position Overview
As a
Cold Caller
, you'll be responsible for contacting homeowners in Calgary and surrounding areas to
introduce them to our services, qualify their interest, and schedule an estimate or booking
. You'll work from a script but will be encouraged to adapt your tone and flow to suit each conversation.
This role is best suited for
motivated individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment
, are persistent, and know how to turn a cold conversation into a warm lead.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound cold calling
to residential homeowners.
Delivering a friendly, professional, and persuasive introduction to
AllClean Solutions' cleaning services
.
Handling initial objections confidently and
building rapport
within the first 30 seconds.
Asking the right questions to determine if the lead is qualified.
Scheduling service appointments
or passing warm leads to our field sales team.
Participating in brief weekly check-ins or coaching calls (virtual).
Hitting
weekly lead or booking targets
(with bonus incentives for top performers).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills
- clear, articulate, and confident.
Experience with
cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales
, or appointment setting (preferred).
Comfortable making
50-100+ outbound calls per day
.
Strong objection-handling and persuasion techniques.
Thick skin and resilience
- not every call will be a win, but every call is progress.
Highly organized and self-disciplined - this role requires managing your own schedule and targets.
Tech-savvy enough to use a phone dialer, call script, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
Must have access to:
A reliable phone line (cell or VoIP)
A computer/laptop
